Garside

The Garside project is a whole home renovation in Nanaimo, transforming an existing residence with a comprehensive update to its interior and exterior spaces, layout, and finishes. Currently in progress, the renovation is designed to create a more modern, functional, and comfortable home while making better use of the existing footprint.

Work includes extensive updates throughout the home, with the kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms being refreshed and reworked. The renovation provides an opportunity to improve flow between spaces, update aging materials and finishes, and introduce a more cohesive design throughout the home.

Exterior improvements are also part of the transformation, including fresh exterior paint, a new overhead garage door, and a new front entry door to update the home’s curb appeal and give the exterior a clean, refreshed look.

From demolition and preparation through to the finishing details, each stage is focused on improving both everyday functionality and the long-term value of the property.
