Project Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, etc., or extensive experience. PMP Certification or similar is a plus.   
  • Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities paired with exceptional  communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Well-versed in project management software and tools, ideally BuilderTrend. 
  • Attention to Detail: A detail-oriented approach with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
  • Personal Traits: We seek someone reliable, with effective interpersonal skills geared toward conflict resolution, a strong sense of values and ethics, a team player mindset, client focus, and the ability to make accurate judgments with minimal supervision. 
  • Work Environment: Your expertise will be leveraged in a variety of settings including residential and commercial projects, encompassing new construction, renovation, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel as needed. Owning your own transportation is an advantage; a valid driver’s license is essential.

Job Details:

  • Type: Full-Time Position.
  • Schedule: Regular 8-hour shifts with opportunities for overtime.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a Project Manager role (preferred).
