Emery

The Emery project is a large-scale residential deck rebuild in Nanaimo, replacing an aging outdoor structure with a new deck designed to improve the home’s outdoor living space, functionality, and long-term durability.

Currently in the pre-demolition stage, the existing deck spans a significant portion of the rear of the home and will be removed to make way for the new construction. The project provides an opportunity to address the existing structure and rebuild the deck with updated materials and construction methods.

Once demolition is complete, work will move into the rebuilding phase, creating a refreshed outdoor space that better complements the home and provides a durable area for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying the property.

These before photos capture the existing deck prior to demolition. We’ll be sharing progress throughout construction and the finished deck once the transformation is complete.
